I am reaching out with great news - I will be moving to a new salon, called Moonstone, beginning on July 1st, 2023. Moonstone is located in Lake Oswego, and is a new space recently opened by some of my former coworkers from Nova Strands. It has been a wonderful experience working at Nova, and I will be sad to leave, but for practical purposes I have decided to relocate (for the last time, I hope!) to Moonstone. With this move comes a restructuring of the services I offer - I hope that the new setup will be simpler and easier for you, my clients, when booking through my website. Please take the time to look over my new services and pricing, and to review my policies page before visiting for your next appointment. Also please note that if you already have service(s) booked with me, the updated pricing will not apply to you until after your next appointment. Additionally, if you do already have service(s) booked with me, you do not need to do anything to confirm/change them, as I will NOT be changing my booking software or website. You can continue to book through colourandcurls.glossgenius.com as before. The only change will be my location! Moonstone Salon is located at 1270 Parrish St, Suite C, Lake Oswego OR 97034. BOOKING Please book through my website (colourandcurls.glossgenius.com) If you have questions about services, feel free to reach out to me by phone or email; however, I will not book appointments for you. A credit card is required to book any appointment. You WILL NOT be charged anything until your appointment; this is meant to ensure fewer last minute cancellations and day-of no-shows. We will reschedule and the last-minute cancelation fee will be waived if you call within 24 hours of your appointment. LATE ARRIVALS Please contact me via phone call or text if you are running late. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, we will do as much as possible of your appointment, but it will be abbreviated the same number of minutes you are late. If you arrive more that 15 minutes past the start time of your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service price. No exceptions. PAYMENTS I accept the following forms of payment: • Cash • Credit/debit card • Venmo/PayPal • Apple Pay/Google Pay REFUNDS I do not currently offer refunds. If you are not happy with your service, please reach out to me and I will do everything I can to correct what you are unhappy with. NEW CLIENTS All new clients MUST fill out a New Client Intake form before their first service with me. You will be directed to the form when you book your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy
